Need a printer recommendation for custom stationary printing.?

I am interested in selling some custom designed stationary, calling cards, etc. online and I have a decent printer; however, in order to do more work I need a better printer. I’ve tried doing some research but I’m still confused. From what I’ve observed so far, I think laser may be the way to go but other than that, I’m pretty clueless! Does anyone have a recommendation as to what printer I should look into purchasing for my business?

If you want a printer for printing cards and using it for a business then you will want that is better than average printer,I think a laser printer would be better than a ink-jet and I think you can buy them that will do colour. but if you ask at the shop I’m sure that they will be able to give you advice on what to buy and which make is better.

I want to manufacture cams for an unmnown make stationary engine about circa 1900. would like info on design?

this is an unknown make of horizontal open crankshaft engine. originally gas, now converted to petrol/parrafin with magneto ignition. believed to be pre 1900. I have had to make many new parts, the cams on the side shaft are two odd ones and in useless condition, the original style is lost.I have established the lead and lag angles for valve opening but would like giudance on design/angles etc for manufacture. The two useless cams on the engine have two differant profiles i.e. one remains fully open longer thanthe other, this I feel is incorrect???. Any help would be most appreciated. not unusual. exhaust cycles are usually longer.

What do you look for in business stationary?

I have a project due – design some business stationary, keeping in mind what possible problems a designer might run into with the client about design and functionality of the letter and format of the graphics. I’d really appreciate it if you could share your experiences and ideas! Thank you

the company logo at the top and the company name (preferably) an the left or the middle,, and i usually put all the contact information at the bottom in a one of the colors of the logo.. try to distribute them nicely so there is some kind of balance on the sheet.. and keep the middle empty.. no water stamps! that’s just boring..

National Stationary show – Public view

Doing simultaneous trade shows @ ICFF w Designboom & The National Stationary show presents new challenges for Dynomighty Design but brings lots of great rewards and new friendships. Designboom is an online design blog that organizes “Design Marts” around the world at the most renound design trade shows and allows young designers to bring their products to a larger market. Its an excellent venue for testing a product and getting great feedback or for catapulting your product into the media limelight with great exposure to magazines and newspapers. Dynomighty Designs 3-Ring Binder Mighty Wallet was included in a review of the ICFF exhibition as a result of our participation. We had lots of Mighty Wallet fans come up and show off their wallets from 1 and 2 years of use.

Where do I find Stationary in a store? Not just plain paper but one with a design.?

I was at Walmart and Target and couldn’t find any anywhere. I’m looking for the kind that may have a funky shape and colors or pictures on it. Thanks. I looked by greeting cards and pens and file cabinet stuff.

trapped inside by a blizzard, cannot go outside (no shoveling)
equipment includes stationary bicycle, 2-10lb & 2- 20lb hand weights, stairs, stairstepper, Wii, floor, towels.
